ELS OIL FLOW MONITORING LUBRICATION STATION

FOR REMOTE MONITORING

In demanding paper industry applications

HIGHLY VISIBLE COLOR TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY

REMOTE OIL FLOW MONITORING

The model ELS oil flow monitoring lubrication station provides for comprehensive remote monitoring of multiple flow points in demanding paper industry processes. Up to 64 oval gear meters can be connected to each station. Multiple stations expand system capacity to thousands of monitored points. Lubrication systems typically utilize both model EGL and model EGM oval gear flow meters.

A highly visible touch screen display in a robust stainless steel cabinet completes the operator interface, making it easy to set flow point labels, associated target flow rates, and low/high alarm values.

Lube monitoring software in a host computer stores the flow values for all points over time, providing historical trending of all flow values.
